When You Arrive
When we open, only the doors on the west side of the building will be open, at 10:15 a.m. To enter the building, we ask that you:
Enter through the doors on the West side of the building. Only the West entrance doors will be open on Sunday mornings.
Come prepared to wait outside of the building until you go through the process for entering. This will entail:
Having your temperature taken and being asked the health screening questions listed below.
Wearing a mask - Masks are to protect everyone, especially the most vulnerable, we expect everyone 2 years and older to wear one. (Except the Praise Team while singing and the Pastor while preaching).
While waiting, please adhere to social distancing guidelines by allowing 6 feet of space between you and the person arriving before you.
Ask yourself the health questions listed below before you come to church.
If you are running a high temperature (over 99.9F)
If you have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days. This includes fever; nausea or diarrhea, cough, sore throat or runny nose, shortness of breath, recent loss of taste or smell or other difficulties breathing;
If you have been in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients or anyone with above symptoms in last 14 days. Please be aware that if you have any of the following symptoms or circumstances plan to join us on You Tube for live streaming of the Worship Experience.
We really appreciate your cooperation and patience as we prepare and when we meet again. However, it is very important to remember that because we can come together in person, the Coronavirus is still effective in causing health concerns.
Entering the Church Building and Sanctuary
Once you have been cleared during the check-in process, a member of the Welcome Team will direct you to the entry door into the Sanctuary.
An Usher will direct you to a seat. All seats are marked 6 ft apart, using every other row. Please only sit in areas marked by x. We will be asking you to fill the seats from the front first. Please note, you may not be sitting in your old favorite spot.
Seating for Praise Team and the Pastor will be reserved.

Please remember that gathering in groups should be kept to a minimum.

Following Pastor Jabulani’s recognition of first-time visitors, we will not physically approach or touch them. Pastor will instruct us on how to greet guests, i.e., wave, applause, smile, etc.
A limited the number of people will be on the pulpit/music area to allow for 6-foot spacing and staggered positions. Microphones – each person is individually assigned to a microphone and will be responsible for cleaning it.

We are looking forward to seeing you in person soon; and are working to provide a safe and healthy environment for everyone. However, the Coronavirus has changed everything about how we function in the church building. The Re-opening the Building Team has been meeting and studying guidelines, recommendations and protocols and are implementing the procedures shared in this Newsletter for a safe re-opening. Please note that things are being updated continuously, and adjustments will be made as are appropriate and necessary for our church family.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,
so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Romans 15:13.
