This joint program presented by Crosspointe Meadows and Covenant Baptist Churches will provide strategies to better protect what God has entrusted to us, provide for our families and loved ones, and minimize tax costs, computer vulnerability, and end of life stressors.

What is the difference between Will & Trust?  How to avoid Probate.  Why is it important to have both a Power of Attorney and a Medical Advocate?  This session will help you navigate the different personal legal documents you need to protect your family and ensure they are taken care of if something should happen to you and/or your family.

The speaker through first-person experience will share ideas of how to work through the process of settling one’s estate.  Ideas and suggestions on how a little planning and documenting information today will help facilitate the process for your loved ones.
